🔥 Red-Hot Ribs with Spicy Garlic-Chili Glaze

Ingredients
For the Sauce:

- •4 large cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- •3–4 small fresh chiles, seeded and finely chopped
- •⅔ cup tomato paste or ketchup
- •⅔ cup malt vinegar
- •5 tablespoons honey
- •2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- •Large dash Worcestershire sauce
- •1½ cups chicken broth
- •Large pinch of salt
- •Large pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the chili oil. Add garlic and chopped chiles, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato paste, vinegar, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Roast the ribs: Place ribs in a large roasting pan and brush with a little of the sauce. Roast for 30 minutes, then drain off any excess fat.

Finish with glaze: Spoon the remaining sauce over the ribs. Continue roasting for 1 hour, turning and basting occasionally, until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
