🥗 Garlic Yogurt Cheese with Fresh Crudités
A light and flavorful appetizer, this garlic yogurt cheese pairs perfectly with crisp vegetables. It’s easy to prepare, healthy, and makes a refreshing starter for any gathering.
Ingredients

- •1 large clove garlic, crushed or minced
- •3 tablespoons chopped mixed fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill, oregano, basil, or tarragon)
- •2 teaspoons honey
- •½ teaspoon salt
- •Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- •1 pound mixed crudités (broccoli florets, baby carrots, radishes, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks)

Line a strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
